SANN Research Institute has a Management Board. Mr. Narayan Shrestha is the President of the board. Mr. Satya Narayan Rajbhandari is the Executive Director. He looks after the planning and organizing of the institute and is also responsible for its day to day activities.

The two key persons assisting the Executive Director in various activities of SANN are Ms. Karuna K.C., Director of Administration and Student Exchange Programs, Mr. Nabin Kumar Prasai, Director of Finance. There are many other supportive and dedicated staff working in various sections of the institute.
